The carpet was delayed and delivery took a lot longer than expected l, but communication was quick and East. The carpet is excellent quality for the price, I would highly recommend.

Superb service, had notification of delivery and last minute had to divert to another address. Courier was loading up but they changed it and no fuss at all. Delivery was on time and notified on every part of journey. Thank you for a quality service.

The flooring came exactly to the dimension required - with straight edges, so that fitting was so easy. Shall USE Remland AGAIN

Very good experience from ordering to having my beautiful carpet at home. I ordered eighty meters of one of their basic carpet. Good price, good service, good quality. It comes from Belgium so it takes a few days to arrive. I can’t recommend them more.

Marie Louise was such a fantastic help. We were using the vinyl flooring for a film production and she guided us and managed our expectations for delivery throughout the process, from samples to final delivery. Highly recommend as the customer service was exceptional.

Purchased some Tessera blue and light grey carpet tiles on the excellent Remland website - which were on special offer at under £3 each. Used to replace similar worn out and faded similar items to restore a fresh and vibrant look to the bathroom floor. Excellent product for the money and click and collect process worked fine. Been using Remland for my carpeting needs for over 25 years - and will continue to do so.

They had exactly the colour & type of carpet tiles I wanted. The online help was amazing as they helped me get the amount I needed per room by converting my measurements for me. Also the customer services on the phone were extremely helpful with the few queries I had. All in all I would recommend this company.

I would definetly recommed Remland Carpet and Flooring, very competitive on their prices, website was easy to explore, I was kept informed when the lino was dispatched, it was well wrapped and delivery was ontime.

when I first openned the roll of flotex cobles design I was met with a bright green glow on the patten that was not visible on the sample , Had it not been the Easter holidays it would have been sent straight back. but I laid it out to flatten & by next day the glow had decreased, I would have preferred the green not to have been there but I realised that it was activated by the sunlight & has calmed down over time only being visible with the sun on it, novel to say the least but I will live with it , my previos Flotex is over 30 years old with only a couple of worn patches it will live out its life in the garage . I find Flotex to be a wonderful product but cant remember it being so expensive relatively to alternatives back when I first bought it, there again at 78 years old everything is expensive these days anything I spend comes out of the kids inheritance after the taxman !!!
